All sinks are covered by a 1-year warranty for craftsmanship or material defects.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll send a free replacement at no cost. We may ask for photos to process your claim quickly and efficiently.
• You may return or exchange your sink within 21 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value.
• If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, missing documents, or failure to provide ID requested by DHL/FedEx/Customs, the original shipping cost paid by the seller will be deducted from the refund.
